The Free plan reads up to 50 invoices a month. After that, your invoices and price history stay in Snag, and you can add new invoices again when the next month starts. Pro and Concierge have no invoice limit.
On Pro and Concierge, your restaurant gets its own private Snag email address. Ask your suppliers to send invoices there, or forward them yourself. Snag reads the attachments and adds every line to your account.
Snag checks its own math. On every line, quantity times price has to match the amount, and the lines have to add up to the invoice total. Anything that doesn't add up is flagged for you to review. On Concierge, our team also checks every invoice.
Pro is the full product, and you run it yourself. Concierge adds people: our team checks every invoice, you get priority support, and we onboard your team with you.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch to annual billing, which comes with two months free, from your account. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Your invoices are encrypted in transit and at rest. Other restaurants never see your invoices, your suppliers, or what you paid. Market insights only use anonymized averages, with your company removed.
