When your invoice data contributes to Market Insights, we apply the following anonymization process:

  • Remove all company identifiers and names
  • Strip invoice numbers and specific dates
  • Remove supplier-company relationship data
  • Aggregate pricing data across multiple sources

4.2 What Other Users See

Other Snag users can see aggregated supplier pricing that may include data points derived from your invoices, such as average market prices for products. They cannot:

  • Identify that data came from your company
  • See which suppliers you use
  • View your specific transaction prices
  • Access any of your invoice details

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

5.1 Service Providers

We may share information with third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and analytics. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
