  1. Snap the invoice

    Take a photo when the delivery comes in, with the Snag iPhone app or your phone's browser. PDFs work too.

  2. Snag reads every line

    Items, quantities and prices come off the page, and the math on each line is checked. You look it over and approve.

  3. Watch prices and spend

    Price jumps go to the top of your dashboard, and Reports show what you spend with each supplier.

Yes, on paid plans. Approved invoices go to QuickBooks Online as bills, with the original invoice attached.

Snag checks its own math. On every line, quantity times price has to match the amount, and the lines have to add up to the invoice total. Anything that doesn't add up is flagged for you to review.
